Approve your custom art
Receive your artwork proof 1-5 days after placing your order. (Due to the unique painting process of 3D art, we may not be able to provide a draft. However, we will discuss the content with you if needed.)
Delivery
After you approve the initial draft, we will begin production and shipping. Please wait, and we will deliver a piece of artwork featuring your beloved pet to you！

Of course, we will provide you with a preview of the draft via email before printing and accept your revisions. However, due to the unique nature of 3D artwork, we cannot provide a preview of the draft. But don't worry, we will still communicate with you via email if needed.
Currently, our modern paintings can include up to 2 pets. To ensure the best results, other types of artwork can only feature 1 pet at this time.
If you followed our photo guidelines, then yes your photo is very likely good enough to use.If there's an issue with your photo, we'll let you know very quickly via email.If we do need a new photo from you, this may lengthen your delivery time by a few days.
